Content Removal & Complaints

This policy explains how anyone — including any person depicted in our content, whether or not they are a customer — can report content, request its removal, or file a complaint with Kairox Nexus Digital SL (trading as OnlyPrivée). We take every report seriously and act promptly.

1. Our standards

  • Consent. Every performer in our content has given documented, informed consent to its creation and distribution.
  • Age verification. Every person depicted was verified to be at least 18 years old at the time of production. See our 18 U.S.C. §2257 statement.
  • Zero tolerance. We strictly prohibit and will never knowingly host child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual or "revenge" content, content depicting minors, or any illegal content. We remove such material immediately on becoming aware of it and report it to the competent authorities.

2. Who can report

Anyone can submit a report, including: a person depicted in the content; their authorized representative; a customer; or any third party. You do not need an account to report content.

3. How to report or request removal

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Content removal request" and include, where possible:

  • A link to or clear description of the specific content;
  • The reason for your request (e.g., you appear in it and did not consent, it is inaccurate, it infringes your rights, or it is unlawful);
  • A way for us to contact you; and
  • If you are the depicted person or their representative, a statement to that effect so we can prioritise it.

You do not need to disclose more personal information than necessary to identify the content. We treat every report confidentially.

4. How quickly we act

  • We acknowledge every report within 24 hours.
  • Reports of illegal, non-consensual, or minor-related content are treated as urgent: the content is disabled immediately pending review and permanently removed if the report is verified.
  • Other complaints are reviewed and resolved within 7 business days; we will tell you the outcome.

5. Withdrawal of consent

Any person depicted may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting us. On a verified request we will remove the relevant content from our platform and, where applicable, cease further distribution, without requiring the person to give a reason.

6. Appeals

If you disagree with a decision on your report, reply to our response and we will have it re-reviewed by a different member of our team.

7. Cooperation with authorities

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and comply with valid legal requests. We report suspected CSAM and other serious illegal content to the relevant authorities.
