These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by Kairox Nexus Digital SL ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Spain (NIF B25903097). By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use the platform or purchase any product. By using the service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. See our Age Requirement page.

2. The service

We provide a platform for the sale of premium digital content through recurring subscriptions and one-time purchases. Content is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. After payment, you receive instructions to access your purchased content through our delivery channels.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Access rights granted to you are personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive. You may not share, resell, redistribute, publish or sublicense any content obtained through the service.

4. Purchases, subscriptions and renewals

  • Prices are displayed before purchase and are charged in the currency shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.
  • A discreet billing descriptor (e.g. ONLYPRIVEE) appears on your statement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) copy, record, screen-capture, distribute or make derivative works of the content; (c) attempt to circumvent security or access controls; (d) use automated means to access the service; or (e) upload malicious code. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual property

All content and materials on the platform are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership is transferred to you; you receive only a limited licence to view purchased content for personal use.

7. Content standards

All content offered features adults aged 18 or over at the time of production, is produced or licensed lawfully, and depicts consensual activity. See our 2257 Compliance Statement.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
