This Privacy Policy explains how Kairox Nexus Digital SL ("we", "us"), a company registered in Spain (NIF B25903097), collects and processes your personal data. We act as the data controller. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data-protection law.

1. Data we collect

  • Account & contact data: email address and any details you provide when contacting support.
  • Transaction data: records of purchases and subscriptions. Card details are processed directly by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser type and log data, collected to secure and operate the service.
  • Age-verification records: confirmation that you affirmed you are 18+ (see our Age Requirement).

2. How we use your data

  • To provide the service, process payments and deliver purchased content.
  • To provide customer and billing support.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the platform secure.

Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors who act as independent controllers/processors for the payment data they handle. We also use hosting and email providers strictly to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including legal and accounting retention periods, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time.
